Job Description
The Regulatory Affairs and Sustainability Associate plays a critical role in supporting the Regulatory Compliance team at Si Group. As a key member of the team, you will contribute to ensuring the company's compliance with national and international regulatory requirements. Your expertise in implementing sustainability standards, calculating product carbon footprints, and developing actionable regulatory strategies will drive business growth and success.

Your Responsibilities
This role entails collaborating with sales teams to address customer regulatory requests, implementing the 'Together for Sustainability' standards in calculating product carbon footprints, and developing regulatory processes and procedures. You will also partner with the procurement team to develop scope 3 processes for PCF calculation, support site engineers and plant managers in energy mapping efforts, and maintain an in-depth knowledge of SI Group products.

Requirements
You should have a MS or BS degree in Chemistry, preferably 2-5 years of experience in regulatory affairs and sustainability, with a focus on PCF calculation. Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in MS Office applications and database software is required.
