We are seeking an experienced Asset Management Surveyor to join our team at Sellafield site. As an Asset Management Surveyor, you will be responsible for delivering condition assessments and inspections of assets at Sellafield, assisting in developing asset registers, and enabling future development of condition-based monitoring, relevant maintenance activities, and asset criticality.

You will work closely with our clients to understand their asset management needs and develop solutions to meet those needs. You will also be involved in other Stantec-wide design and delivery projects across all disciplines and assist with other asset management-related consultancy tasks within the team as required.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have experience with operating and maintaining assets, good working knowledge of engineering plants and equipment, and an understanding of applicable building services standards and structures. Prior experience using mobile surveying software and reporting tools is beneficial.

You will have experience of working client relationships at an operational level, with a sound knowledge of current legislation, technical standards, and codes of practice. An awareness of using CMMS and CAFM systems is desirable, with a significant understanding of health and safety in an operational environment, including adhering to risk assessments.

This is a site-based role, and you must be able to travel to the Sellafield site 5 days per week.
