We are seeking an experienced and inspirational Nursery Manager to join our team at Flexicruit Limited. As a key leader in our nursery, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of early years education in the local community.

Role Summary:

As a Nursery Manager, you will be responsible for leading a talented team of educators, supporting children's learning and development, and driving business growth through effective marketing and customer engagement strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement curriculum plans that cater to the diverse needs of our children, ensuring academic excellence and social-emotional growth.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a skilled team of educators who share our commitment to delivering exceptional childcare services.
  • Build strong relationships with parents and carers, engaging them in their child's learning journey and keeping them informed about progress and achievements.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (or equivalent qualification).
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in senior leadership roles within a nursery or similar setting.
  • Proven track record of improving quality ratings and increasing enrollment numbers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
Salary and Benefits:
  • £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
