Property Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Property Manager to join our team at Cobalt Recruitment. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring that all properties are compliant and well-maintained.
Key Responsibilities:- Liaise with tenants to resolve any issues or concerns, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all parties involved.
- Manage the tenancy process, including deposit handling, reference checks, move-ins, renewals, and check-outs, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently.
- Work closely with contractors to ensure that all properties are well-maintained and any necessary repairs or maintenance work is carried out in a timely manner.
- Ensure that all properties are compliant with relevant regulations, including EPC, EICR, and Gas Safety, and that all necessary documentation is up to date.
- Collaborate with the landlord to ensure that their interests are represented and that their properties are managed in accordance with their wishes.
