Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Finance Manager to join our team at Trident International Associates in Mayfair, London. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the financial reporting, analysis, and accounting for our real estate assets portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

The Senior Finance Manager will be responsible for:

  • Preparation of annual budgets and rolling forecasts, including asset level and service charge accounting;
  • Development and implementation of financial and accounting strategies;
  • Review and consolidation of internal financial and investment reports;
  • Management of internal and external audits and assistance with tax-related matters;
  • Provision of recommendations to optimise revenue, cost, and profit;
  • Support of the team with new investment opportunities and business models;
  • Ensuring compliance with company and property regulations;
  • Coordination of periodic property valuations;
  • Assistance with restructuring and refinancing as required.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A qualified accounting background (ACA, ACCA, CPA etc) with an associated degree;
  • At least 7 years' experience in a comparable position with financial management and commercial property experience;
  • Strong analytical skills and hands-on attitude;
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills;
  • Proven track record in delivering high levels of customer service;
  • Experience of meeting operational targets in a demanding environment;
  • Knowledge of overseas accounting standards and tax rules would be an advantage.
Compensation Package

The successful candidate can expect:

  • A competitive salary of £80,000 - £100,000 per annum;
  • 25 days' holiday; pension; private medical; income protection; and other benefits.
