Duty Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Duty Manager to join our team at Dorking Sports Centre. As a Duty Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the centre, ensuring that all facilities and services are running smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the centre's facilities and services, including the pool, gym, and other recreational areas.
- Supervise and coordinate the work of staff, including lifeguards, fitness instructors, and customer service representatives.
- Ensure that all health and safety procedures are followed and that the centre is maintained in a clean and safe condition.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Monitor and report on centre usage and attendance, and make recommendations for improvements.
