About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as an Accommodation Office Team Leader. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our young people, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a safe and nurturing environment for our young people
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with our residents, staff, and external partners
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans, ensuring the best possible outcomes for our young people
  • Collaborate with our Clinical in-House Team and Head of Care to ensure seamless delivery of care services
  • Support the development of our staff, providing training and guidance to enhance their skills and knowledge

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A genuine passion for working with children and young people
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Knowledge of the Children's Home Regulations and Ofsted Requirements
  • A driving licence
