Paralegal Advocate

Job Description:
A Paralegal Advocate is required to join a highly regarded regional law firm in expanding their Real Estate team. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a dynamic team and gain exposure to a wide range of commercial property work.

You will assist the Real Estate team in advising clients on various commercial property matters, including leases, lease renewals, and other related agreements. This will involve drafting and reviewing commercial leases, lease renewals, and related documents, as well as supporting senior fee earners with property transactions.

Essential Skills:

1. A commercial, practical, and financial awareness, ensuring advice is grounded in real-world considerations.

Salary: up to £30,000 + Benefits

This role requires a solid understanding of commercial property law, particularly in landlord and tenant matters and commercial leases. A professional legal qualification or currently working towards one (CILEX, Law Degree, or Paralegal qualification) is essential. Demonstrable experience in commercial property law and the ability to manage your own caseload are also required.
