Project Manager Opportunity:

As a critical member of the team, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects, ensuring their efficient execution within set budgets and timelines.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in product development within manufacturing, preferably with at least 5+ years of experience in industry. A Degree qualification is required, along with excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee project activities, including quotations, status reports, and collaboration with internal departments.
  • Develop and implement effective project strategies, ensuring timely completion and budgetary compliance.

Requirements:

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing projects related to costs, schedules, and specifications. Excellent client interaction and communication skills are essential, as is the ability to work effectively with internal teams.

Compensation and Benefits:

The role offers a competitive annual salary of approximately £55,000, complemented by a 10% KPI bonus. The flexible work arrangement involves working 3 days per week in the office and 2 days remotely from home.
