A leading country pub in the Raunds area is looking for a skilled Senior Culinary Specialist to oversee their kitchen operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing high-volume food preparation, coordinating team members, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

The successful applicant will work closely with our Head Chef to develop menus that showcase fresh seasonal ingredients and cater to the tastes of our diverse clientele. A strong understanding of kitchen organization, inventory management, and staff training is essential for this role.
