Job Title: Maintenance Engineer - Commercial Estate


Description: We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team at CBW Staffing Solutions. As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out electrical and mechanical maintenance on a commercial estate near Cannon Street. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in commercial building maintenance and be electrically or mechanically qualified to level 3 (C&G, NVQ, etc.).


Key Responsibilities:



  • Electrical Maintenance: Lighting installation, fault-finding, lamping, changing ballasts, control panel, power distribution, and pro logic lighting.
  • Emergency Lighting:
  • Mechanical Maintenance: Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (filter changes, cleaning), Chillers - re-set, Water Treatment (temperature checks/no dosing), Plumbing - unblocking toilets, BMS System - monitor (hot & cold), General building fabric, Monitor mechanical plant, Pumps, Motors, Seals, Bearings.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 am to 17:00 pm

  • Salary: £45,000 basic salary

Requirements:



  • Qualification: Electrically or mechanically qualified to level 3 (C&G, NVQ, etc.)
  • Experience: Experience working in a large commercial building
  • Trade Certificates: Must be able to provide copies of trade certificates (essential)
  • Proven Track Record: Proven track record in commercial building maintenance
  • Multiskilled:
  • Communication Skills: Good communication skills
  • Customer Skills: Excellent customer skills
