Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Warehouse/Trade Counter Apprentice. As a key member of our branch, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and supporting the day-to-day operations of our warehouse and trade counter.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods to customers
  • Provide a high level of customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Participate in the development and implementation of processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Contribute to the maintenance of a safe and healthy working environment

Requirements:
