Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and support a team of delivery drivers, providing guidance and training to ensure optimal performance.
  • Plan and optimize delivery routes to maximize efficiency and meet delivery deadlines.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, addressing any inquiries or issues that may arise during deliveries.
  • Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies, promoting a culture of safety among Drivers.
  • Track delivery performance metrics, providing feedback and support to drivers to achieve targets and improve service quality.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in a similar delivery driver role.
  • Prior experience in training or mentoring other delivery drivers.
  • Strong knowledge of delivery processes, time management, and certain geographical areas.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to train and mentor new drivers.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and solve problems on the go.
