About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Specialist to join our team at Precise Placements Ltd. As a key member of our IT department, you will play a critical role in implementing and maintaining robust security controls and tools to ensure the safety and integrity of our clients' IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Security Controls and Tools: Implement and maintain security controls and tools to protect our clients' IT infrastructure.
  • Incident Response: Develop and implement incident response plans to mitigate risks and ensure business continuity.
  • Security Testing: Conduct regular security testing and vulnerability assessments to identify and address potential security threats.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with relevant security frameworks and regulations, and identify and mitigate potential security risks.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed security-by-design principles and communicate security solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5-10 years of experience in Cybersecurity, with strong hands-on technical support in IT, network, and security engineering.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in security technology management, incident response, malware protection, and threat analytics, as well as experience with Azure, Microsoft Defender, and network security solutions (Cisco, Palo Alto).
  • Education and Certifications: Holds professional security certifications (CISSP, SANS, OSCP, or equivalent).
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams and present security solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
