Key Responsibilities:
- Assess a wide range of health conditions and disabilities affecting claimants
- Deliver high-quality, unbiased assessments for the Government's disability allowance
- Manage caseloads from end to end, including face-to-face and virtual assessments
- Provide a personalized, inclusive, safe, and empathetic service for service users
Benefits:
As a Clinical Assessor with Donard Recruitment Ltd, you can expect a competitive salary package, including a basic salary of £38,500 - £41,500 per annum, plus a 5% retention bonus, rising to 10% quality & retention bonus. In addition, there are opportunities for over-time (OTE) earnings. Our benefits package includes 25 days' holiday per annum (rising to 27 days with service), a company laptop and mobile phone, access to a health & wellbeing programme, and more. We also offer flexible working arrangements, including hybrid working options, to help you achieve a better work-life balance.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to be a qualified healthcare professional with valid registration on the NMC or HCPC without restrictions. If you have excellent communication skills, a patient-centered approach, and the ability to work independently, we encourage you to apply.
