About The Role:

As a Night Concierge, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of our residents and building. This is an excellent opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of vulnerable adults.

You will be responsible for providing an overnight presence, supervising residents as they enter and exit the building, responding to CCTV and conducting regular checks, engaging with residents, encouraging them to follow house rules, maintaining a night log, cleaning staff and communal areas, and carrying out nightly health and safety checks.

This is a unique chance to work with a dedicated team that provides comprehensive housing services, support, and resettlement to those in need. If you are passionate about making a difference and have the necessary skills and qualifications, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise residents as they enter and exit the building
  • Respond to CCTV and conduct regular building checks
  • Engage with vulnerable adults and encourage them to follow house rules
  • Maintain a night log and clean staff and communal areas
  • Carry out nightly health and safety checks

Requirements:

  • Empathy with our client group
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good time management
  • A willingness to work night shift on a rota basis
