Job Overview
The West Brom is seeking an experienced IT Systems Access Control Expert to join its team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of IT System Access Control Analysts and ensuring the continual delivery of a high-quality operational service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the PAM/IAM Service, including incident management, processes, and documentation, as well as working with 3rd party support.
- Managing the end-to-end PAM Process, including Privileged user on and off boarding, providing temporary/persistent privileged access.
- Monitoring and reviewing PAM Service Level Agreements and account recertifications.
- Maintaining and reviewing systems access levels, permissions, and privileges.
- Maintaining Active Directory (including Azure Active Directory) and Exchange Administration.
- Managing User Access Reviews and Job Role Based Matrices.
- Participating in internal and external audits and ensuring they are managed effectively.
- Performing System administration tasks such as User set up, amendments, and deletions as and when required (Maintain Starters, Transfers, Leavers for IAM and PAM).
- Ensuring Requests are completed within agreed Service Levels Agreements (SLA's), which may require prioritising requests as appropriate to business needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven leadership, delegation, and prioritisation skills.
- Experience of PAM/IAM concepts such as RBAC, Toxic combinations management, CyberArk, privileged access management, and monitoring.
- Knowledge of PAM/IAM Access control domains, including the tools, techniques, and procedures used.
- Must have excellent IT Literacy skills.
- Have strong interpersonal and communication skills; capable of explaining simple procedures in writing or verbally with all levels of management and staff; good phone skills.
- The role requires a good level of understanding of administering all degrees of systems access in the technical environments.
