We are seeking an experienced Band 7 Locum Pharmacist to join a busy hospital team in East London. This is a fantastic opportunity for a pharmacist with strong ward and hospital experience to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

- Conduct medicines reconciliation, clinical screening, and oversee the dispensing and administration of medications
- Collaborate with the wider multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure the delivery of safe and effective patient care
- Advise on appropriate treatment regimes, patient safety, and adherence to regulatory and hospital guidelines
- Provide clinical input on complex patient cases and ensure continuity of care during hospital stays
- Must have at least 2 years of ward and hospital experience as a pharmacist
- GPhC registration is essential
- Strong understanding of clinical pharmacy in a hospital setting, including medicines management and patient safety practices
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a multidisciplinary team
- Flexibility to adapt to the fast-paced hospital environment
