Audit Insights Analyst Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Audit Insights Analyst to join our team in London. As an Audit Insights Analyst, you will play a critical role in providing analytical and commercial support to the Audit Leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare weekly reporting packs for Audit Leadership, tracking results against budgets and forecasts.
  • Scorecard Development: Create monthly scorecards on client portfolios and employee wellbeing/performance data.
  • Forecasting and Budgeting: Assist with quarterly forecasting and annual budgeting.
  • Data Management: Ensure accuracy of standing data for the Audit team, including the employees index and fees database.
  • Exception Monitoring: Monitor weekly data exceptions and track actions to ensure timely completion.
  • Financial Reporting: Assist with month-end financial reporting and variance analysis, presenting key results to Audit Leadership.
  • Ad-hoc Analysis: Perform ad-hoc analysis and data management as required.

This role will provide an excellent opportunity for career growth and development. You will work closely with the Senior Insights Manager and have the opportunity to travel to different offices occasionally.

Requirements:
  • Strong Excel Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential.
  • Financial Reporting Tools: Experience with financial reporting tools and PSA systems such as Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, Power BI, etc.
  • Project Management: Pro-active and independent project management skills are required.
  • Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders on financial and operational matters.
  • Financial Services Experience: Experience in a financial services environment, such as Audit, would be beneficial.
