Fred. Olsen Ltd. is a leading tour operator with a strong focus on customer satisfaction. We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Training Manager based in our Ipswich Head Office.

The Training Manager will play a crucial role in the success of our business, overseeing the implementation and delivery of our internal systems training to all staff, including external Licensees and Franchisees. This role requires a strong understanding of our internal systems and processes, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for travel and a desire to motivate and develop individuals to deliver the highest level of customer service. They will be responsible for delivering robust training across the business, ensuring all system users are empowered with the highest level of systems knowledge to follow internal processes and best practices.

This is a full-time permanent position, working 35 hours per week (Monday - Friday, 09:00am - 5:00pm). We offer a range of company benefits, including BUPA medical, Life Assurance, discounted holidays and cruises, and retail discounts through our MyBenefits scheme.
