We are hiring for our Liverpool Office and seeking an ambitious recruitment consultant to join our hardworking team.
Our 3 established desks require experienced, driven recruitment consultants, with a strong preference for financial, professional services, or energy and engineering expertise.
Each desk generates approximately £300,000 per annum, with potential to grow to £400,000-£500,000, offering the chance to earn over £150,000+ annually.
As a headhunting firm, cold calls and outreach are expected, as well as regular networking within your specific market, including travel to London to meet with clients and candidates.
We offer a transparent promotional structure that can lead to becoming a managing director with equity and the opportunity to run your own territory.
Incentives and rewards include lunch clubs at Michelin-starred restaurants, trips abroad, annual summer and Christmas parties, and quarterly events.
Additional pay includes a bonus scheme, commission pay, and performance bonus.
Company benefits include on-site parking, Monday to Friday work schedule, and a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
A driving licence is also preferred.
