This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading manufacturing business that has invested heavily in its plant, equipment, and facilities over the past two years.

The company is looking for a skilled Mechanical Maintenance Fitter to join their team on a unique continental shift pattern.

The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in a manufacturing maintenance environment, covering both preventative and reactive maintenance.

Shift times will be 6-6 days and nights, including weekends.

The salary for the role is £38,670 plus a 20% shift allowance (£46,404), with a bonus and package that includes:

A guaranteed annual service bonus of 2% (pro-rata on joining date)

A 5% target bonus dependent on site performance, paid annually

5 weeks' holiday plus bank holidays (built into the shift pattern)

Onsite gym
