  • Apply good numeracy and literacy skills to accurately record and report cleaning activities.
  • Perform physical tasks including working on your feet for long periods, lifting, reaching, and bending.
  • Adapt to change and be willing to adopt new processes and ideas to improve cleaning and infection control practices.
  • Deliver quality work and work unsupervised to meet deadlines and expectations.
  • Apply knowledge of Control of Substances Hazardous to Health (COSHH) regulations relating to the role.
  • Hold a British Institute of Cleaning Science (BICs) Licence to Practice or BICs skills training (desirable).
  • Demonstrate a commitment to work within Johnsons 1871 Ltd Core Values.
  • Attend and fully participate in training courses to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Undertake additional duties in line with capabilities as required.
