Interim Workplace Strategist

Maxwell Stephens is seeking a highly skilled Interim Workplace Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for creating efficient, safe, and inspiring workplaces across multiple UK-based premises.

Your primary focus will be on managing facilities operations, including building maintenance, cleaning, catering, security, and space management. You will also be responsible for contractor management, ensuring that service levels are met and projects are completed to high standards.

In addition to your operational responsibilities, you will play a critical role in ensuring health and safety compliance across all premises. This includes maintaining training and assessment matrices, overseeing health and safety inductions, and ensuring premises comply with legislation.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent leadership and management skills, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills. You will also need to have a proven track record of managing budgets effectively and making informed financial decisions.

The estimated salary for this position is £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
