Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Housing Enforcement Officer to join our team in Lancashire. The successful candidate will have a background in anti-social behaviour and be able to provide professional support to tenants and other stakeholders.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Investigate cases of nuisance and harassment
  2. Provide intensive support to tenants as necessary
  3. Implement courses of action in conjunction with all relevant agencies/parties


Requirements:
  • Professional experience in anti-social behaviour or a related field
  • Knowledge of current housing issues and legislation
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills


Estimated Salary: £28,000-32,000 per annum (based on 37 hours per week)
