About the Position

We are looking for a skilled Woodworking Artisan to join our team in a full-time permanent role. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating bespoke furniture pieces that exceed our clients' expectations.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in Bench Joinery and a proven track record of delivering high-quality results. You will have excellent communication skills, be approachable and enthusiastic, and be proficient in interpreting technical drawings and specifications.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Working independently to craft and assemble wooden components
  • Collaborating with colleagues to ensure effective project execution and provide technical expertise as required
  • Adhering to health and safety policies to maintain a safe working environment
  • Delivering high-quality artisanship and meeting deadlines

In return for your expertise, we offer a competitive salary of £29,000 per annum, plus benefits including private health insurance, employee assistance programme access, and contributory pension.

Estimated Salary: £14 per hour (£29,000 per annum)
