Requirements:

  • 2 years' experience working within a Residential Children's home.
  • NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare.
  • Related knowledge of Ofsted legislation and safeguarding procedures.
  • Highly driven, proactive, and enthusiastic individual with strong people management skills.
