Childcare Attorney

The ideal candidate will have experience in Childcare Law, either from private or local authority practice. They should be looking for the next step in their career and be passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and families.

• Handling a caseload of mainly child protection cases and pre-proceedings matters.
• Undertaking advocacy on behalf of the council.
• Advising Social Services clients face-to-face and in writing, on all aspects of relevant legislation.
• Preparing all legal documentation relevant to the caseload.

• Qualified Solicitor, Barrister, or Legal Executive with a current practicing certificate.
• Exposure to one or more areas of Childcare Law would be beneficial.
