Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Reserve Manager to join our team at the Hampshire and Isle of Wight Wildlife Trust. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the line management of Assistant Reserve Officers, recruitment and supervision of volunteers, and coordination of volunteering and public engagement activities.
About the Role
The successful candidate will have a strong background in conservation and a passion for nature's recovery. You will be responsible for developing and implementing a varied programme of volunteering and public engagement activities, as well as providing support and guidance to volunteers.
Key Responsibilities
- Line management of Assistant Reserve Officers
- Recruitment and supervision of volunteers
- Coordination of volunteering and public engagement activities
