About This Role:

This exciting opportunity has arisen for a Japanese speaking IT Operations Lead to join our team in London. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our IT systems, ensuring seamless communication between teams, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain our IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and databases;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and implement new systems;
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients and stakeholders;
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner;
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, implementing new technologies and processes as needed.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 2 years of experience in IT operations, preferably in a leadership capacity;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues;
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box;
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results;
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other software applications relevant to the role.
What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
