Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Stores Audit Controller to join our Manufacturing Logistics team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing and operating perpetual inventory audits and warehousing audits, maintaining appropriate metrics, and reporting on temperature, humidity, and stores equipment across all warehouses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and operate perpetual inventory audits and warehousing audits
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date metrics and reports
  • Monitor and report on temperature, humidity, and stores equipment across all warehouses
  • Manage and control the process of invoice payments for Logistics
  • Dispose of stock, including chemicals out of shelf life
  • Ensure all duties are performed in accordance with the SHE policy
  • Interface with other team leaders to provide a seamless service

Requirements:

  • Competent in the use of SAP warehouse management (WM)
  • Experience or understanding of perpetual audits and resolving issues in SAP
  • Provide accurate and detailed information for internal and external audits
  • Experience of working at heights
