First Military Recruitment Ltd is proud to partner with a leading Textiles business to recruit a Client Relationship Specialist on a permanent basis. This role is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team in the South of the UK and contribute to the growth of the company.

Key Responsibilities

As a Client Relationship Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Charity partners, Local Authority, and waste management partners. Your primary objective will be to drive the collaboration of the collection teams with the supplying partners to ensure the materials are presented by category, in a clean and dry state, and to help resolve any questions that may arise. By enhancing the quality of materials, you will directly influence textiles recovered for Re-use, driving the circular economy.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work closely with key stakeholders. You will be a proactive problem-solver, with a strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently. A flexible approach to working hours and a willingness to travel across the South of the UK are essential for this role.
