Job Title: Assistant Manager Flagship Store

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Flannels Flagship Store in Leeds. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and ensuring the store operates to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
  • Manage store operations, including stock management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and improve customer engagement
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to inform business decisions and optimize store performance
  • Collaborate with the store manager to achieve business objectives and implement company initiatives

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a retail management role, preferably in a luxury or premium environment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
