About the Position

We are seeking an experienced Research Director - User Experience to join our team at TDA. This role will play a key part in driving our research practice forward, working closely with cross-functional teams to inform product decisions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Drive our understanding of customer needs in key markets to ensure targeted solutions.
  • Lead research planning, execution, and delivery, applying suitable methods to address the team's highest priority questions.

This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on our products and services. As a seasoned researcher, you will be responsible for designing effective research studies, collaborating with colleagues to drive business outcomes, and helping establish a global research practice.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in both qualitative and quantitative research methods, including generative and evaluative research.
  • Proven track record of leading mixed-method studies, demonstrating expertise in user research techniques and analysis.
  • A strategic thinker who uses research to inform business decisions, knowing when to invest in further research and when to move forward.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to distill complex insights into actionable recommendations and work closely with designers to develop innovative solutions.
  • Able to present impactful findings effectively, championing customer-centricity and advocating for the value of research in product development.

What We Offer

An estimated salary of $160,000 - $220,000 per year, depending on your location and experience.
