Job Opportunity

Sam's Riverside restaurant, a critically acclaimed Modern British Restaurant & Bar, is seeking a vibrant and experienced High End Host to join their team in Hammersmith.

The ideal candidate will have a stable background working in a busy, high-end restaurant and/or bar, with exceptional customer service skills and a passion for delivering perfect hospitality in a fast-paced environment.

As a Front of House Host, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional dining experience for guests, working closely with the team to ensure seamless service and maintaining a high level of professionalism at all times.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction
  • Managing reservations and seating arrangements
  • Assisting with table management and maintaining a clean and organized dining area
  • Working collaboratively with the team to ensure efficient service and high-quality food presentation

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar environment
