Job Title: Head of General Accounting

Cast UK Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of General Accounting to join their team. As a key member of the Finance Shared Service Centre, you will be responsible for leading the general accounting function and ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of financial reports.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the general accounting function, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of financial transactions.
  • Develop and implement effective accounting processes and procedures to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Manage and maintain the general ledger, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure financial compliance and governance.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors and regulatory bodies.
Requirements:
  • Graduate calibre qualified accountant with a strong background in general accounting.
  • Proven experience in leading a team and managing multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
