Contracts Asset Manager

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for improving the financial performance of Customer Value Agreements (CVAs) through effective asset management. This involves overseeing contract performance, conducting site surveys, and coordinating service operations to execute planned events. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in managing assets to ensure high availability and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contract Performance Management: Oversee overall contract performance and act as the master scheduler for all planned events.
  • Site Surveys: Conduct regular visits to customer locations to perform on-site surveys, monitoring conditions that may impact contract performance.
  • Service Coordination: Liaise with service operations to execute all planned events, including determining the type of repair required and its location.
  • Event Execution: Drive consistent execution of planned events for equipment on contract.
  • Product Support: Collaborate with product support operations to develop product health and performance feedback.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to lower operating costs through improved operational and maintenance best practices.
