About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our team at a reputable school in the GL15 area. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting teachers and students, promoting a culture of respect and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist teachers in the classroom, providing support to students and helping to maintain a positive learning environment.
  • Develop and implement behaviour management techniques to promote good behaviour and reduce challenging behaviour.
  • Liaise with teachers, parents, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
