Job Description:

We are looking for an exceptional Consultant Psychiatrist to join our team at Elysium Healthcare. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing expert care to patients with complex needs.

Your main duties will include leading a multidisciplinary team, managing referrals, conducting unit rounds, and participating in Care and Treatment Reviews. You will also be required to deliver regular supervision to junior members of the team.

">

You will work closely with external stakeholders to ensure that service users receive comprehensive care and support. This will involve chairing ward MDT meetings, developing clinical policies and standards, and participating in Clinical Governance initiatives.

To succeed in this role, you must have a strong background in psychiatry, excellent communication skills, and experience in a management position. You should also be able to demonstrate innovative thinking, leadership ability, and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
