Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Coach, develop, and effectively manage all employees to ensure optimal performance.
  • Maximise employee engagement through action planning, proactive recruitment, and retention strategies.
  • Monitor and report on regional performance against key financial indicators and performance metrics.
  • Take corrective action with branches trading at a loss or below budget.
  • Identify and implement business growth opportunities.
