About the Role

The Automotive Parts Operations Supervisor will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our workshop parts department. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading dealership group and contribute to our success.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise the day-to-day operations of the workshop parts department, ensuring timely and accurate supply of parts to minimize vehicle downtime.
  • Manage inventory levels, optimize stock control, and lead the parts team to achieve high performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure efficient delivery of parts.
  • Collaborate with the workshop and service teams to ensure all parts requirements are met efficiently.
Requirements
  • Experience in a parts management role within the automotive industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Salary:

$70,000 - $90,000 per annum.
