About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Trainee Property Manager to join our team at Spicerhaart Estate Agents in Leicester. As a Trainee Property Manager, you will play a key role in managing our properties, ensuring they meet all regulatory health and safety standards, and building strong relationships with landlords and tenants.

Key Responsibilities

  • Booking and conducting property inspections
  • Negotiating tenancy extensions and/or renewals
  • Co-ordinating with contractors to manage maintenance and/or repair issues at properties
  • Deposit returns
  • Resolving rental arrears
  • Processing eviction requests
  • Ensuring properties meet all regulatory health and safety standards
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
  • Managing complaints
  • Completing all check in and check out procedures, inc. full inventory reports

What We Offer

Training and Development

As a Trainee Property Manager, you will begin with one week at the Spicerhaart Learning & Development Centre, where you will receive industry-leading training delivered through one-to-one and group sessions. You will also have the opportunity to work with our industry experts and receive fully-paid hotel stay for the duration of your training.
