Environmental Artist

Climax Studios, a leading creative force in independent game development, is looking for an experienced and versatile Environmental Artist to join our team in Edinburgh.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize and create high-quality 3D environments for our games
  • Collaborate with designers and artists to develop innovative visual styles
  • Take ownership of entire levels, from conception to Beta finish
  • Help visualize environments through 2D and 3D means

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • Strong proficiency in Maya, Substance, and Unreal Engine
  • Excellent modeling and texturing skills
  • Creative and self-motivated with strong communication skills
