Kinetic plc is seeking a talented Inventory Management Lead to join their team in Minffordd. As an Inventory Management Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing stock levels, aligning inventory with commercial sales forecasts, and reviewing production plans.

Responsibilities:
  1. Inventory Management:
    1. Ensure that stock levels are optimized to meet customer demand.
    2. Work closely with the commercial team to review production plans and align inventory levels accordingly.
  2. Haulier & Logistics Management:
    1. Coordinate transport providers to ensure timely pickups and deliveries.
    2. Monitor transportation logistics and resolve any issues that may arise.
  3. Reporting:
    1. Maintain accurate records of inventory and orders.
    2. Raise claims with hauliers when necessary and inform the commercial team about any unfulfilled orders.

This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The estimated salary for this role is around £33,600 per year, depending on experience.
