Salary Range: £85 - £110 per day (dependent on experience)

Job Description:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Research Assistant - Science to join our client school in Bushey. As a key member of the science department, you will be responsible for preparing resources, setting up experiments, and maintaining laboratory safety standards.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and maintain equipment and materials for science lessons.
  • Support teachers with practical demonstrations and experiments.
  • Ensure laboratories and equipment are safe, clean, and well-organised.
  • Assist with stock control and inventory.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Science Technician or in a similar role is preferred.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage time effectively.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a lab setting.
