We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in Hove. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life of the individuals we support, helping them to gain more independence in their daily lives.

About the Role:

  • Assist individuals with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Teach new life skills, such as cooking and cleaning
  • Encourage individuals to access their local communities and participate in social activities
  • Work collaboratively with a dynamic team to provide high-quality support
