Job Title: Regional HR Advisor

HC-One is seeking a highly skilled Regional HR Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will provide expert advice and support to our care homes across the North West region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality HR support and advice to care home managers and directors
  • Manage and monitor a wide range of employee relations cases, including supporting the defence of employment tribunal claims
  • Work closely with the Regional HR Manager to deliver a high-quality service and support to our care homes
  • Develop and maintain accurate records of all calls received and advice given
Requirements:
  • Significant experience working in Human Resources, preferably in an Employee Relations Advisor role
  • CIPD qualified or equivalent
  • Strong working knowledge of Employment Law and HR best practice
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize workload effectively
