Practical Caregiver Opportunity

Job Description:
As a Support Worker for Vulnerable Adults, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals in their own homes. Your primary responsibility will be to assist with daily living tasks, ensuring clients maintain their independence and dignity.
You will work closely with our office team and other care staff to deliver exceptional care and support services. Your strong communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to build trusting relationships with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Assist clients with daily living tasks, including personal care, meal preparation, and household chores
- Support clients with medication management and appointment reminders
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Work collaboratively with the office team to ensure seamless service delivery
- Meet the requirements outlined above
Benefits:
