Job Title: Domestic Gas Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Domestic Gas Engineer to join our Property Services team at The Hyde Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing a responsive and professional gas installations service to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Installation of domestic gas boilers and associated equipment.
  • Maintenance and monitoring of the supply, stock, and use of materials.
  • Participation in the 'out of hours' service delivery on a rota basis.
  • Liaison between residents and internal teams to ensure any property-related issues are highlighted and resolved promptly.
  • Raising any non-compliance or process failures with managers.
  • Undertaking any required repairs to maintain high levels of safety, security, and working conditions across The Hyde Group properties.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a domestic gas engineer.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Essential qualifications: CCN1, CKR1, CENWAT.
  • Desirable but not essential: HTR1, CONGLP1PD, Unvented Hot Water Systems.
