We are seeking a proactive Part-Time Management Accountant / Finance Assistant (Wednesday - Friday) to support the finance team at Proactive Solutions Group Ltd. The candidate will provide essential support in managing the day-to-day financial operations, including purchase and sales ledger management, preparing management accounts, and assisting with budgetary control.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the purchase ledger process, ensuring accurate and timely recording of transactions.
- Sales ledger management, including invoicing and payment tracking.
- Prepare and assist in the production of management accounts.
- Provide budget support, including forecasting and variance analysis.
- Strong knowledge of Xero accounting software.
- Advanced skills in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.).
- Knowledge of Procim would be advantageous, but training will be provided if needed.
- Solid understanding of budgeting and management accounts is essential.
- Part time salary £22,230 + benefits
- This role has potential to move into a full-time position in the future.
